Matt Watson was a 2005 graduate of centennial high school. He wore jersey #55 and was a lineman for the centennial eagles.
While a student at university of maryland - college park, Matt was tragically killed in an accident on may 5, 2007.
the fund was set up in memory of matt and is awarded to a Football player who exemplifies Matt's work ethic, character, and commitment to chs - both on the field and in the classroom.
the award recipient receives a full scholarship for the summer football camp with the team.
